Business Account Terms of Use

Business accounts are intended for businesses that provide sports cards or related services, such as sports card shops and group break operators, to share information and promote their offerings. They may not be used to promote general sports businesses unrelated to sports cards or any other unrelated businesses.

Each person may create and hold no more than one personal account and one business account. The person running the business may personally use one personal account and one business account together.

Creating or holding two or more personal accounts, or two or more business accounts, is prohibited. Using another person's name or different registration information to circumvent these limits or an account suspension is also prohibited.

Users must provide accurate business names, business descriptions, profiles, external links, and other registration information, and keep this information up to date when it changes. Registration that impersonates another shop, business, athlete, organization, or DEN is not permitted.

The display of a business account does not mean that DEN has officially endorsed or partnered with the business, or has appraised, guaranteed the quality of, or guaranteed transactions involving its products or services. Users must not claim endorsements, partnerships, or a track record that do not actually exist.

VAULT is not available to business accounts. Features other than VAULT, including columns, may be used in the same way as with regular accounts.

All POST content from business accounts appears in the dedicated business tab. Users cannot choose LOCAL / GLOBAL as the destination for their posts. Personal accounts or other people's accounts must not be used to circumvent the restrictions on where business accounts may post.

Registering a business account is free. At present, DEN does not charge fees for using a business account or publishing content through it.

The DEN team briefly reviews your registration details. You can use and publish your account after approval.

Fees may change depending on operating circumstances, with advance notice.

Prices and fees for purchasing or using products or services through external sales or streaming services are subject to the terms set by the relevant business or external service.

Users may publish shop and product introductions, sales announcements, group break information, and similar content relating to sports cards and related services. Profiles and posts may include links to external sales or streaming services related to these offerings.

Users must not make statements that deceive users or conceal material terms concerning the nature of products or services, prices, participation or purchase conditions, or information about card condition, authenticity, or grading. The description of an external link must match its actual destination, and users must not direct anyone to dangerous websites or services different from those described.

Lawful announcements and sales of sports cards, and external links to related services, may be published insofar as they do not fall under the prohibitions in these Terms. External links are not subject to a blanket ban.

Users must comply with Japanese laws and regulations applicable to their business activities and transaction methods. Where licenses or permits, such as a secondhand dealer's license, notifications, or disclosures are required by law, users must complete the necessary procedures and make the required disclosures at their own responsibility.

Business information, prices, payment terms, terms for supplying products or services, return and cancellation terms, and other information required for mail-order or online sales and similar transactions must be displayed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations so that they can be checked before purchase or participation.

The following conduct is prohibited not only in POST, but also when carried out through profiles, columns, comments, direct messages, or referrals to external websites and similar destinations.

1. Advertising, sales, or solicitation to enter into contracts unrelated to sports cards and related services.
2. Soliciting religious conversion, membership in a religious organization, or religious donations; or soliciting membership in a political organization, participation in political activities, or political donations.
3. Recruiting for multilevel marketing (MLM), network marketing, or pyramid schemes, or recruiting participants primarily to earn referral rewards.
4. Directing users to investments, loans, side jobs, information products, or paid seminars unrelated to sports cards and related services, or making solicitations that guarantee profits.
5. Fraud; obtaining money or personal information by deception; making statements that deceive others about card condition, authenticity, grading, price, or transaction terms; or selling or providing counterfeit cards or counterfeit grading labels.
6. Impersonating a shop, business, athlete, organization, or DEN, or fabricating endorsements, partnerships, or a track record.
7. Excessive repeated posting, indiscriminate direct messages or comments, continued solicitation after a refusal, fake reviews, or artificially inflating likes, follows, or other engagement.
8. Improper collection, use, or disclosure of personal information; infringement of intellectual property rights or rights to one's likeness; threats; discrimination; or harassment.

Having religious beliefs or other convictions in itself, and ordinary conversations that do not constitute solicitation, are not prohibited. Nor is there a blanket ban on ordinary exchanges of information about sports card market prices.

If the Operator determines on reasonable grounds that abusive conduct has occurred, taking into account posted content, usage activity, materials relating to reports, and other relevant information, it may remove posts, restrict the use of features, or suspend a business account to the extent necessary in light of the nature and severity of that conduct.

Where an urgent response is necessary, such as to prevent further harm from fraud, measures may be taken without prior notice. Please contact DEN Support to request clarification or correction of a measure.

The parties to a transaction must confirm between themselves the terms governing applications or orders, payments, supply, returns, refunds, and other aspects of transactions through external sales or streaming services. Businesses publishing content must take responsibility for the products and services they provide and their descriptions, and respond to inquiries about transactions.

The mere display of a business account or publication of a post does not constitute a guarantee by DEN of a product's authenticity, quality, or value, or of the performance of a transaction. However, nothing in these Terms excludes any liability of the Operator that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
